Terms of Use

Effective date: May 4, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of ShipNote, including the website, mobile app, APIs, and related services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ShipNote, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use ShipNote on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our breach of security.

Using ShipNote

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use ShipNote for your internal business or personal productivity purposes.

  • Do not misuse the service or interfere with its operation.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
  • Do not use ShipNote to violate law or infringe another party's rights.
  • Do not upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content.

User Content and Integrations

You retain ownership of the content you submit to ShipNote, including notes, drafts, prompts, files, and connected-data imports. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and transform that content solely to operate, improve, and support the service.

You are responsible for confirming that you have the necessary rights to connect third-party services and to import, generate, publish, or share content through ShipNote.

AI Features and Output

ShipNote may provide AI-assisted text, media, or workflow output. Those features rely on automated systems and may produce content that is inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or not fit for your intended purpose.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use, publish, distribute, or rely on generated output.

Paid Features and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Pricing, billing intervals, included limits, and plan features may be shown in the product or checkout flow. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change pricing or plan structure prospectively. Changes will not apply retroactively to a billing period that has already started unless required to comply with law or a payment provider's rules.

Intellectual Property

ShipNote, including its software, design, branding, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

Termination

You may stop using ShipNote at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for other users or the service, fail to pay applicable fees, or where we are legally required to do so.

Disclaimers

ShipNote is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that output will meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of ShipNote.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and may provide additional notice when appropriate. Your continued use of ShipNote after the updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
